i've been thinking about this lately and
'My circle of friends includes many introverts. While I enjoy their ability to seek depth and respect the self contained aspect of their natures, they also strike me as kind of quietly selfish. I think they expect the people around them to entertain them, take the initiative in including them, carry them out of their comfort zones, etc., especially extroverts.' Struck a chord. Guilty as charged.

okay, if i can't concentrate, i might as well rant. i was doing everything possible to avoid it tonight - so i read some blogs i never thought i'd read. some were inspiring, and some made me reminiscent. i tend to read the older blog's and read in amazement, at all the things to look forward to, and the younger one's just make me feel like 'aww, i remember feeling that way, but you look back when you're my age and it's a laughing matter - if only they knew that' but hey, if they knew it all, they wouldn't really be learning and finding out for themselves would they? i had the biggest urge to go all out for the formal next year! i want my hair properly done - i've only had it once, and that wasn't even for any of the formals! but it felt like royalty man, woo, i can't wait :) and we have to have a limo - or a car ride there, because there is no damn way we're taking public transport in a maxi dress! hey, i had this crazy thought - how about a maxi dress with a slutty thigh-high split...
